For local shipping - within the US - we use USPS priority mail, FedEx Ground and USPS First Class services. Delivery duration is solely dependent on the couriers. After shipping an order, we can no longer control delays and other shipping logistics.
That said, you can visit the carrier website to find out their turnaround time. We advise that you cross check your shipping address to confirm its accuracy, before submitting your order. Wrong addresses may lead to loss of goods.
We ship all international order through USPS First Class Mail. Take note that, the USPS tracking code will be inactive as soon as your package is shipped out of the US.
Delivery duration may vary – based on the shipping address and foreign country's custom’s policies.
Kindly note that we are not liable for stolen, damaged or missing items while in transit. However, we ensure all items are insured.
In the event your items are damaged in transit, contact us - immediately. We will be glad to instruct you on how to get compensation for your loss.

Exchanges and Refunds
Our refund policy does not allow exchange or refund of personalized items. Crosscheck all order details provided – ensure they are correctly entered – before submitting an order.
We will not be held liable for incorrect spellings caused by customers' negligence. Customers who made orders with incorrect details will be required to repeat payment if they need another item delivered.
If your package gets damaged in transit, contact us for instructions on how to get a replacement. Simply submit contact form and attach image of the damaged item. Then replacement will be shipped with no questions.
